Misha’s Wellness Philosophy
“I believe that while we all have the capacity for change, each person is inherently whole and worthy as they are in any given moment. I am grounded in the understanding that physical and mental health are inseparable.”
Get to Know Misha
Her work is grounded in a holistic understanding of how mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. Misha integrates insight-oriented therapy with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand themselves while also building practical tools for change. She draws from a diverse professional background that includes therapy, corporate consulting, personal training, and nutrition coaching—allowing her to meet clients from multiple entry points and tailor support to their individual needs.
In addition to her work at Compass Integrative Health, Misha serves as an instructor with cancer survivors through the LIVESTRONG program at the Eugene YMCA, supporting participants in rebuilding strength, confidence, and connection during and after treatment.
How Misha Supports Your Wellness Journey
Misha works with clients to address both immediate challenges and longer-term goals, with a focus on developing sustainable habits, emotional resilience, and greater self-awareness. Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and compassionate, helping clients cope in the moment and also to create lasting change.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Misha recharges in nature—whether hiking, swimming, paddleboarding, or attempting to surf. She has a deep love of being near water and finds it both energizing and calming..
Misha is also drawn to collage work using mixed materials—paper, plastics, broken china—where even the fractured pieces hold their own beauty. When brought together in a new way, they create something whole, unexpected, and deeply meaningful. This reflects how Misha thinks about therapy: not fixing what’s broken, but honoring each piece and helping it find its place in a new whole.
