Join the Compass Team
At Compass Proactive Health Care, we believe the best care happens when practitioners work together — sharing insights, supporting each other, and genuinely knowing their patients. We're not a production-volume clinic. We're a team.
If you're a clinician who values collaboration over caseload numbers and wants to practice the way you were trained to — this might be the place for you.

Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care - Full/Part Time
-
We're building toward something bigger at Compass — and primary care is the next piece. We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice in an environment where medicine doesn't happen in isolation.
Here, your patients are also seeing a physical therapist, an acupuncturist, a massage therapist, a health coach — or some combination. That means by the time someone walks into your office, there's already a team paying attention to them. You're not starting from scratch on every visit.
This position is available for immediate hire.
-
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Oregon (or eligible for licensure)
Comfortable working in a small, collaborative practice setting
Interest in integrative or functional approaches to primary care
Strong communicator — with patients and with a team
Someone who sees the value in behavioral health and lifestyle medicine alongside clinical care
-
Experience in outpatient or community health settings
Familiarity with motivational interviewing or health coaching principles
Interest in working alongside acupuncture, PT, or massage modalities
-
This is a small, intentional practice. You'll have a real voice in how things run. Patients are shared across modalities, so care actually gets integrated rather than just coordinated on paper. We take the work seriously and try not to take ourselves too seriously.
Eugene is a great place to live. If you're not already here, it's worth the conversation.

Salary is open to discussion and will be based on experience, scope, and how the role is structured. Current market rates for NPs in Eugene range from approximately $130,000–$160,000 annually, and we're committed to being competitive. We'd rather talk openly about what works for both sides than post a number that doesn't account for the whole picture.
Interdisciplinary inservice opportunities with the team, relocation assistance available, and one (1) week of paid vacation.
-
We're looking for a Physical Therapist who brings both clinical skill and genuine curiosity to their work — someone who wants to understand not just a patient's injury, but the fuller picture of how they're living and moving through the world.
This position is available for immediate hire.
Our model is built around practitioner collaboration. Physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and health coaching share the same patient — meaning your recommendations don't get lost in a referral handoff. You'll actually talk to the people your patients are also seeing. That changes outcomes.
-
Licensed PT (Oregon)
Someone who communicates well — with patients and colleagues
Comfort with exercise-based rehab and patient education
An interest in integrative care (you don't have to have all the answers — just the curiosity)
Self-motivated and organized; this isn't a clock-in-clock-out environment
-
Experience with FRC, PRI, DNS, or similar movement frameworks
Interest in health coaching or behavior change
Background in strength training or fitness
