At Compass Proactive Health Care, we offer flexible membership options tailored to your needs.
Whether you’re looking for a mix of private care and group therapy or prefer dedicated one-on-one sessions, we have a plan for you.
Membership Standards
All memberships include structured access to your care team via phone, text and email messaging. We value your connection and questions, and in order to ensure high-quality responses without overextending our practitioners, we follow these communication standards:
• Access To Your Teammates: Members can message their care team anytime. Responses will be provided during designated practitioner windows.
• Designated Response Windows: Our care team checks and responds to messages during set times throughout the week (typically within 1–2 business days).
Flexibility Built In
We know that your health journey isn’t static—it changes with the seasons of your life. That’s why all of our memberships are designed to support fluid transitions between memberships as your needs evolve.

Paying for self-care can be challenging.
We offer options to make your care financially accessible.
Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Spending Accounts (HSA)
Both are accepted in our clinic. To use either an FSA or HSA you don’t need to do anything special, just make an appointment and let us know you will be paying on your card.
Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA)
If you have been in a recent accident with a motorized vehicle then you can most likely have your care covered by PIP, Personal Injury Protection. You will need to get a prescription or referral to acupuncture from a doctor to be covered by PIP.
Insurance
We are currently in-network with most insurance plans.
Cash/Credit
You can pay for individual sessions, and progress is usually made within 3-5 sessions of the type of care we give at Compass Proactive Health.
Superbill
If we are not in network with your insurance plan, we have the option of providing you with a superbill detailing your visit. This can then be sent in to your insurance company for reimbursement. This means you pay upfront, and then request insurance to pay you back.
Accepted Insurance Plans
Insurances are possibly (more than likely) subject to deductibles and require copays/coinsurance. Most insurance are now requiring some form of Prior Authorization for access to physical therapy and massage benefits. Typically allowances are 6 -12 visits. Further visits require medical review and usually allow only 3 more visits.

PPO; Network Access Plan; Medicare Advantage (Physical Therapy only.)
Kaiser Permanente (CHP) Plans
Asuris Advantages, Bridgespan Advantages, CAMPlus, HMA Advantages
Acupuncture Only
Kaiser Permanente: Physician Preferred, Self Referred, Senior Advantage Physician Referred, Senior Advantage Self Referred, Workers Compensation - RGA Advantages, Samaritan Health Plans
PacificSource Plans
All Plans; Medicaid (OHP- Primary Care Referral Req.), PacificSource Medicare (call for more information.)

Acupuncture appointments are limited to 30 minutes. Physical Therapy is unavailable due to our inability to be credentialed by the NWRA, per their company policies.
