Spring Green Smoothie
This smoothie is different. It is built at room temperature, engineered for warmth, and clinically assessed against the Kastner framework ingredient by ingredient.
The base is ripe pear and coconut water at room temperature, blended with fresh spinach, dark cherry, a Medjool date soaked in warm water, and a small amount of almond butter. Ginger, turmeric, and cardamom go in for warmth and anti-inflammatory depth. The colour is a deep jewel-green — not the bright green of a fruit-forward smoothie. That is correct. No ice under any circumstances.
