Posterior Hip Capsule Opener

Starting on all fours, you'll bring one leg across and sink down onto your forearms, letting gravity drive gentle pressure from the floor up into the back of the hip capsule. This is a passive hold that becomes a positional isometric — the kind of patient, breath-led work that opens the hip safely and lastingly. Let your pelvis melt down over the femur, breathe into each position, and make small micro-adjustments wherever your body asks for them. There's nothing to force here; just listen, settle in, and let the opening come to you.
