Get to Know Tiffany
Tiffany’s path in holistic health began two decades ago in Tucson where she earned certifications in massage therapy and Zen Shiatsu. The emphasis on Oriental medicine and nutrition inspired her passion for holistic healing, which has guided her ever since.

After relocating to Eugene to raise her family, Tiffany expanded her expertise by becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), gaining experience in movement and rehabilitation within a Pilates-focused therapy clinic. However, her transformative experiences with Traditional Chinese Medicine inspired her to pursue a master’s degree in Five-Element Acupuncture (L.Ac.), enabling her to address root causes rather than just symptoms. As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Tiffany blends massage, acupuncture, and Eastern medicine principles into her practice, supporting the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

Tiffany blends Five Element Acupuncture, therapeutic massage, and self-care education to foster healing and empowerment during her sessions. She creates a safe, nurturing space where clients can explore their needs and leave with practical tools, like personalized acupressure techniques, to support progress between visits.

Tiffany often reminds clients that healing isn’t linear—it’s about tuning into your body’s needs and making small adjustments along the way. Practices like mindful breathing or self-acupressure may seem small but can lead to profound, lasting change over time.

Beyond the Office
When she’s not helping clients on their wellness journeys, Tiffany enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest on her motorcycle, camping by the water, or foraging in her edible plant garden. She shares her home with her two snuggly rabbits, Marbles and Marley.
