I believe each person's body tells a unique story based on their life experience. It's my job to help you reconnect with your body in order to promote a healthy balance and functional movement patterns. My goal is to make it an enjoyable experience, catered to your personal interests and life goals.
Get to Know Emily
Emily brings over 17 years of experience working in healthcare to the table. From her early days as a CNA working in a hospital and skilled nursing in Minnesota, to more recent work in outpatient physical therapy and home health here in Oregon. Through these different experiences she has grown in her skillset and worked with many different people from many different walks of life. She has a passion for Women’s health especially helping navigate the changes that occur during pregnancy and postpartum. With a focus on posture, alignment, breathing mechanics and core stability she is eager to help you find creative solutions to meet your functional movement goals.
How Emily Supports Your Wellness Journey
In each session, Emily works with you to develop practical and achievable home programs, emphasizing the value of small, intentional exercises and daily awareness. Her creative and flexible methods empower you to effectively retrain patterns, combining brain and body exercises to make meaningful, lasting changes. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, improving mobility, or addressing chronic pain, Emily equips you with tools and insights to support your progress and long-term wellness.
Beyond the Office
Emily moved here from Minnesota in 2013 with her husband. They fell in love with the PNW and decided to put down roots and start a family. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children, especially outdoors, hiking and camping are favorite pastimes. She also loves to cook and bake, garden, and read when she has the time.
